Rhody Store Charge is a deferred payment plan offered to students through the URI Campus Store. This program makes it easier for students to manage their potential refunds and exchanges through September 24 2021. It is open to all students except those who have a present unpaid balance.

Our program offers a convenient shop now and pay later system. There is a one time payment due in full by October 16 2021. A hold will be applied to accounts that have not been paid, which will prevent class registration. Those who wish to use the charge account must have made their previous payment on time. Those who are using their charge account in the Fall semester for the first time will be charged a one time service fee of $20.00 (non-refundable).

In Store Only Payment Option

Only students with a $0 balance are eligible to utilize their Rhody Store Charge account.

There is an $800 credit limit per semester on the account.

There is a $20 non-refundable service fee to utilize the account for the academic year.

This fee will be applied prior to the statement being sent.

The account will be open through September 24 2021 and requires only your student ID card for any purchases, refunds or exchanges.

Students can add course materials, class supplies, and dorm supplies to the account.

In order to maintain good standing on this account you must make the one time payment in full by October 16 2021.

Statements will be sent to the student's home address.

All customers have the option to pay their bill in full at any time, as long as their balance is paid in full by the due date.
